Simply use your OU Go Card at any participating Downtown Mount Clemens business from between January 4 through February 17. Each time you make a purchase with your OU Go Card, you will receive an entry form to fill out and return to the OU AFC Main Office. You will then be entered in the random drawing to win the tablet! 6:30 PM - Participating Downtown Establishments

Downtown Mount Clemens will have a fiery start to the annual ice carving weekend with the 7th Annual Fire & Ice Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser. The fundraiser kicks of the fun at 6:30 PM.

All proceeds of this event benefit the Anton Art Center and the Mount Clemens Goodfellows. For a $15 donation per person or $25 for two people, participants receive a "taster" chili at each location, souvenir chili pepper beads and score card.  Participating establishments include:  Bath City Bistro, Buffalo Wild Wings, Fritts' Pub, John Barleycorn's, Johnny G's, Madison's Pub, Orleans Billiards, Seeburger's Cheeseburgers, The Rec Bowl, and Your Mother's.

Tickets for the Fire & Ice Chili Cook Off Fundraiser are available at any participating establishment starting January 15.

Today through February 5 - Downtown Mount Clemens

Don't miss the 7th Annual Downtown Mount Clemens Ice Carving Show. This is a great opportunity for the entire family to spend time outdoors during the Michigan winter while enjoying this unique show with carving demonstrations throughout the event. The show opens on Friday, February 3 and runs through Sunday, February 5.

Live ice carving demonstrations will be held on Friday, February 3 from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, Saturday, February 4 from Noon until 4:00 PM, and Sunday, February 5 from Noon until 2:00 PM. Public ice carving will take place on the Fountain Stage located on Macomb Place between Walnut and Pine Streets. In addition to live carving, dozens of sculptures will be featured on the sidewalks of Downtown Mount Clemens along Macomb Place and Cherry Street Mall.

Back by popular demand, check out the Ice Sculpture Putt-Putt Course. It's a 9 hole miniature golf course incorporating ice sculptures. Hours for the Ice Sculpture Putt-Putt Course are: Friday 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Saturday Noon - 5:00 PM, Sunday Noon - 3:00 PM. The cost is $1 for children, $3 for adults.

Cinderella's Magical Warming Station also returns, featuring entertainment, magicians, characters, balloon animals, face painting, games, refreshments and more.  Hours are:  Saturday and Sunday 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM at 39 Macomb Place.  Sponsored by ABC Magic.

What's That Smell Productions and The Box Theater present the Tony and Grammy winning musical, Spring Awakening, A New Musical.  Please be advised, this show contains mature content.

All performances will be held at the Emerald Theatre.  Show dates are February 10-12, and 16-17.  Showtime is 7:00 PM.  Tickets are $25 for reserved seating, $20 for general admission.  A portion of the ticket sales will benefit Turning Point.
